Kundalini sessions focus on safely awakening your life force energy using somatic healing modalities & moving it up through multiple physical & energetic densities.
These sessions can offer a wide range of experiences. You can experience heightened awareness, bliss & new ways of perceiving. Stagnant, stuck emotions & core wounds may rise to the surface to be faced & resolved.
You will be guided through coaching exercises on how to use visualization & imagination to co-create from that uplifted vibrational space.
You will leave with valuable takeaway tools to incorporate into your daily practice to maintain a high vibrational frequency.
1st session is an introductory assessment session tailored to your unique needs & comfort level, progressing as we continue to work together.
