You come out of misalignment into a delightful absence of resistance & in that space of intuitive trust, the laws of the universe will begin to carve a route for you swiftly & directly to all things that you desire.

A one-on-one 60-Minute session.
This session focuses on energy alignment & raising your vibrational frequency through mindfulness exercises, simple meditations & breathwork.
You will be guided through coaching exercises on how to use your imagination to co-create from that uplifted vibrational space.
You can experience an uplifted state of being, energetically tuning in & becoming more well-versed in the art of sensing & feeling.
You will leave with valuable takeaway tools to incorporate into your daily practice to maintain a high vibrational frequency of intuitive living.
Benefits include becoming more alive, more aware & more switched on than ever.
1st session is an introductory assessment session tailored to your unique needs & comfort level, progressing as we continue to work together.
Multiple sessions are recommended to support this process & a customized personal coaching plan will be offered to support your ongoing development.
Clients who attend multiple sessions will be coached in repatterning old ways of thinking, guiding them to an awakening of their own brand of intuitive magick.
Sessions are offered in person or via Zoom.
