A foundation building package: Understanding energy. Learning energy tools & techniques. Discovering your intuitive self.
What you will learn: Energy awareness & personal presence. Gain mental & intuitive clarity. Heal your body using energy. Empathy & healthy personal boundaries. Use your energy centers to communicate & manifest better. Clear your limiting beliefs. How to access your intuition & higher awareness.

This package is offered in person or via Zoom. Zoom session packages will be recorded & sent to you along with my notes after the session.
